RESERVATIONS
We accept reservations by telephone and email. To your own benefit a reservation should be confirmed by letter, facsimile or email. This is your guarantee that a room will be hold at your disposal. In case of late arrival (after 6 p.m.) we beg you to inform us. We cannot guarantee reservations without deposit or credit card details (cc-number incl. expiry date).
Stays of 3 nights or more can only be accepted with a deposit in the amount of min. one (1) night or your credit card details (cc-number incl. expiry date).
CANCELLATION POLICY AND NO-SHOW
Cancellation policy valid from January 6th until December 25th
until 6 pm on arrival day: no cancellation fee
No Show: 1 nights’ rate
Cancellation policy from December 26th until January 5th (New Year’s period
up to 7 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
6 - 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of total costs, min. 1 nights’ rate
3 days - arrival, No Show: 100% of total costs
A cancellation is only valid, if the cancellation has been confirmed in written form on part of the hotel. Without written confirmation, the cancellation has to be considered as not accomplished cancellation.
For restaurant/banquet reservations, conference reservations and group reservations other cancellation terms are valid. (Forwarded on request).
Innsbruck is legal domicile and place of performance. By delay of payment we charge 8% interest on arrears.
Austrian law and Austrian general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH) are valid.

The cancellation insurance package "Hotel Cancellation Plus" not only includes insurance (without excess), it also includes insurancefor trip termination, delayed commencement or involuntary prolongation of your booked stay and search and rescue costs.
