The following agreement is part of the reservation.
Please give your attention to the following points:

We accept reservations by telephone. But to your own benefit a reservation should be confirmed by letter, fax or e-mail. This is your guarantee that a room will be hold at your disposal. In case of late arrival (after 5p.m.) we ask you to inform us. Otherwise we cannot guarantee reservations without deposit or creditcard-number.
Stays with 3 nights or more can only be accepted with a deposit in the amount of one night or your creditcard-number incl. expiration date.

Cancellation policy valid all year except New Year period
up to 14 days before arrival no cancellation fee
up to 7 days before arrival 30% of total cost, min.¹/₂night’s rate
up to 3 days before arrival 50% of total cost, min. 1 night
from 3 days before arrival 80% of total cost, min. 1 night


Cancellation policy from 26th Dec. till 5th Jan. (New Year period)

up to 60 days before arrival no cancellation fee
up to 30 days before arrival 30% of total cost, min. 1 night
up to 14 days before arrival 50% of total cost, min. 2 nights
from 14 days before arrival 80% of total cost, min. 2 nights

A cancellation is only valid, if the cancellation has been confirmed in written form on the part of the hotel.
Without written confirmation, the cancellation has to be considered as “not accomplished”.


For restaurant or meeting-and group-reservation other cancellation fees are valid. We are happy to send them on request.

Innsbruck is legal domicile and place of performance. By delay of payment we charge 8% interest on arrears.

Austrian law and Austrian hotel terms of contract (ÖHVB) are valid.
